The draw for the 2nd round of the men’s qualifiers for the 2012 Olympic Football Tournament was held at the CAF Headquarters in Cairo , Egypt on Wednesday 13 April 2011.
The draw was conducted by acting CAF Secretary General Hicham El Amrani, and attended by representatives of the countries in the competition. Also present was Mr Gordon Savic the FIFA Head of world cup and olympics qualifiers.
The draw:
Algeria v Zambia

Morocco v RD Congo
Congo v win Cote d’Ivoire/Liberia
Gabon v Mali
Sudan v Egypt
Benin v South Africa
Tunisia v Senegal
Tanzania v Nigeria

The 16th qualified teams will only be known on 20 April 2011, as FIFA has postponed the return leg match between Liberia and Côte d’Ivoire to this same date in order to allow the Ivorian team to leave its territory to play this match.
The match dates for the 2nd round are the following: 3/4/5 June 2011 for the first-leg matches, 17/18/19 June 2011 for the return-leg matches.
The next and final stage will see the introduction of a new qualifying system that is to be further communicated but three teams are going through to represent CAF at the London 2012 Olympics with a fourth African team going to meet a team from Asia in a play-off match to be held on 12 th April 2012 in London, UK.

J'aime bien ce tirage, je m'attendais d'ailleurs à un adversaire de l'Afrique du nord. On aura l'avantage d'avoir le retour à la maison.

donc tokomona Déo 2 fois année oyo, il faut tobongama, Tmk20 il fo qu'on s'organise pour aller o stade Mohamed V soutenir les notre bien qu'on risque d'en revenir sans un bras

c'est bien que le match aller se déroule à l'extérieur il faudrait limiter les dégats là bas avec des joueurs comme bidi,botayi et deo,il y'aura moyen de faire quelque chose en contre

C’est le match qui nous fallait.
L’adversaire en face va pousser nos autorités à mettre le paquet pour ce match.

Sachant que le 5/06, les Léopards A vont jouer à l’Ile Maurice, Mongongu étant banni chez les A serait d’un très grand apport pour ce match.

Que l’on donne la chance à N’sengi d’intégrer 3 ou 4 éléments du vieux continent.

Pour les Léopards A, c’est déjà mort, il faut to fula ba espoirs…
